**Primary Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet current and potential residents and direct them appropriately with the intent of creating the best possible resident experience.
- Perform general office administration tasks and support services.
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
- Ensure local, provincial, & federal laws and regulations are being observed in the community.
- Ensure comprehension and compliance with all Westcorp Playbook policies.
- Positively embrace Westcorp Corporate Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- High school graduate; Post-Secondary education an asset
- 2 - 3 years of relevant reception experience in a busy office environment
- Experience in the property management industry is an asset
- Strong administrative abilities
- Must be highly organized, results-oriented and have an ability to work in a high-energy, multi-functional team environment
- Highly proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Yardi and Sharepoint is an asset
- Possess exceptional English communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities, as required
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- High degree of professionalism and dedication to self, co-workers and clients
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- You are flexible and can work outside of normal business hours as can be required by business needs (ie: month-end)
- Appearance must be neat, clean and professionally polished
- A security clearance is required upon offer of employment
