**Job Description**:
- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and services to the organization, including establishing positioning, identifying target audiences with specific objectives across different channels and industry segments.
- Analyze customer insights and trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
- Develop and drive a strategy around the design and production of promotional activities and materials, such as websites and brochures. Aligning globally to identify and leverage efficiencies where possible across all promotional activities.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the way the company presents itself to the Canadian marketplace ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Define and drive the companies social media strategy, align globally to ensure consistent brand and product voice identifying efficiencies where possible.
- Build and manage relationships with all relevant media providers, including negotiating and liaising with third party marketing agencies, aligning globally to identify and leverage efficiencies where possible.
- Tactically support strategic communication plans for internal key stakeholders and leaders, as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years of Marketing experience in a related industry
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Marketing and/or Business related
- Previous experience in supervisory or managerial role with proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to Detail; Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attention to detail
- Excellent Written Communication: Writes in clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience
- Technology Interest: High level of interest in using technology to improve efficiency & communication (experience with various social media platforms, CRM tool & MS Office Suite)
- Innovative; Creates, develops and implements new ideas, processes or services, with the aim of improving efficiency, effectiveness or competitive advantage
- Demonstrates success developing, implementing and managing B2B technical marketing programs and campaigns across multiple business units.
- Able to build solid cross-functional relationships and work with all levels including the ability to influence without authority.
- Able to travel nationally & internationally
- Current, valid drivers license
