**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather insights and ensure their needs are clearly understood and documented.
- **Requirement Development**: Translate stakeholder feedback and business needs into detailed business requirements and user stories. Ensure these are aligned with the overall product vision and strategic objectives.
- **Agile Process Facilitation**: Work closely with the agile development team to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and assist in the planning and execution of sprints. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- **Product Vision & Roadmap**: Contribute to the development and communication of the product vision and roadmap for Watchtower HD. Ensure that the product direction aligns with business goals and market demands.
- **Feature Prioritization**: Evaluate and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Balance short-term needs with long-term product goals.
- **User Stories & Acceptance Criteria**: Write clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the development team in delivering high-quality features.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Utilize feedback from stakeholders and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement of the Watchtower HD platform. Propose and implement refinements to optimize product performance and user experience.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful product launches.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats. Use this knowledge to inform product decisions and strategy.
- **Documentation & Training**: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation. Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure effective product usage and customer satisfaction.

**Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly with software products in a B2B or technical environment. Experience with SaaS, energy management, or refrigeration systems is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management or agile methodologies are advantageous.
- **Agile Expertise**: Proven experience in agile product management and familiarity with Scrum processes. Certification as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is desirable.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Experience with AI and data analytics is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
