**Position Summary**

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing administrative support to the firm owner as well as working collaboratively with the Office Coordinator in overseeing the administrative team. The EA is self-motivated and able to proactively anticipate the administrative needs of a team.

**Position Type**:Full-Time, Permanent, In-Office

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00 (and availability for events)

**Compensation**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00/year

**Key Responsibilities**

The Executive Assistant will spend most of their time:
Supporting the firm owner with administrative, professional and personal support duties including but not limited to
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and other business strategy and development initiative requirements
- Managing calendars and scheduling in collaboration with the firm owner
- Serve as the primary and first point of contact for all stakeholders, including executives, staff, customers, and any other third parties.
- Respond to phone calls and convey messages and information to the appropriate party.
- Draft, review and send communications in collaborations with the firm owner
- Responsible for confidential record retention and destruction.
- Take minutes at meetings, as requested.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Plan and organize events or meetings.
- Additional related duties as assigned.

Supporting the Office Coordinator in:

- Providing direction and oversight to the Administrative and Reception team
- Overseeing reception, file room activities, and scheduling, coordinating office logistics
- Overseeing, creating and updating technological administrative procedures
- Reception coverage & central line overflow
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience working in a professional administrative role and/or relevant education
- Experience in a multi-entity business environment that is entrepreneurial and dynamic.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
