As the **Director of IT**, you will oversee the technological needs of the organization, ensuring the company’s IT infrastructure is efficient, secure, and aligned with our strategic goals. Reporting directly to senior management, this is a **working leadership role** requiring hands-on involvement in daily operations alongside a focus on high-level project management.

**Position and Responsibilities**

**Team Leadership**: Supervise the Network Engineer and co-manage the IT Help Desk to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues.

**Infrastructure Management**: Oversee 150 workstations, on-premises servers, and backup systems to ensure operational efficiency and data security.

**Project Execution**: Lead and manage IT-related projects (hardware and software upgrades, system migrations, process improvements) to ensure timely and successful implementation.

**Help Desk Oversight**: Provide support for general IT inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as needed.

**Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with management to align IT initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring technological resources are optimized.

**Hands-On Role**: Actively participate in IT operations, demonstrating technical expertise in system maintenance and problem-solving.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, project timelines, and outcomes; prepare reports for senior management.

**Education and Training Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or significant industry experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent experience in managing IT projects is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and backup systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
