**Milton Ford Lincoln** is currently recruiting for an **Deal Accounting Specialist** to join our team. We are growing at an expediential rate so finding key people will be very important.

**About You**:
You are a team player, motivated and responsible to join a fast-paced environment. You are someone who is goal oriented and willing to learn.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Post all new, used, wholesale and other deals into Reynolds
- Register all ESP contracts accurately
- Reconcile schedules daily that are directly impacted with the posting of a deal
- Review all outstanding funding and help where necessary to gather all information needed to complete the funding process
- Monthly reconciliations of schedules and G/L accounts prior to month end
- Assist in closing month end and adhering to deadlines
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management

**What you need to succeed**:

- Ford dealership experience is a must
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3-year administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Personable, reliable, courteous
- Strong computer skills

Pay: $43,034.28-$89,492.04 per year
