Summary

The Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier (North Vancouver) a unique, boutique style property with attached residences, is looking for a health club attendant who must be a multi-functional individual and guest driven to always exceed our guests’ and residents’ expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Pinnacle residents, members & hotel guests with a high level of guest service,
- Operate the reception desk in a proficient and efficient manner to ensure a smooth flow of residents, members, guests and administration accuracy through the company systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the equipment, health club and pool facilities
- Administer health club residential membership
- Safety and Security
- Other duties may assign

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist and experience in the Fitness Industry are highly desired
- Able to work independently
- Respond actively to all requests and inquiries from Pinnacle residents, hotel guests, members
- Fitness oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated & punctual.
- Must be detail orientated and strong organizational skill
- Must possess an outgoing friendly personality
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication, organizational and computer literacy are essential skills.

**Physical Requirement**:

- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Pulling - over 20 pounds - bending, standing, reaching and kneeling
- Fully Vaccinated is required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.28 per hour
