**Role Summary**: As a Project Manager at Trim Landscaping, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of all construction projects. Your expertise in commercial construction management will ensure that our projects maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency, from initiation to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects including customer contracts, project schedules, budgets, cost control, and quality.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator to manage project administration, procurement, material tracking, and other logístical details.
- Collaborate daily with the Operations Manager to ensure crews are productive, efficient, and well-informed.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues with project drawings, roadblocks, and contract matters to support field crews.
- Perform monthly invoicing, job costing analysis, and maintain meticulous financial records for all projects.

**Team Dynamics**:

- Engage with the Sales Manager to understand project scopes and client expectations.
- Direct the Project Coordinator in administrative and logístical support functions.
- Support the Operations Manager in the execution of daily responsibilities, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials.
- Collaborate with the Preconstruction Manager to align project planning with execution capabilities with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
