**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our property portfolio and maximize social impact.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate professionals.
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship to property management staff.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including investors, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction among property owners, tenants and partners.
- Address client concerns promptly and implement solutions to improve services.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align real estate activities with CIRES's mission and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Real Estate Broker License in British Columbia.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate brokerage and commercial property management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations or social enterprises is highly desirable.
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with the DTES community and a commitment to social responsibility.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
