LASCO is seeking a Crusher Operator/Foreman. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Crusher Operator/Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Crushing plant, and ensuring high quality material is produced to required specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong familiarity with crushers, screeners, conveyors, loaders, and other associated Aggregate and/or mobile heavy equipment.
- Maintenance scheduling of the equipment being operated.
- Must be willing to work overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Controlling conveyors, pumps, gauges, panel boards, and dials to ensure maximum productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture based on safety and respect.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and positively with co-workers.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be willing to re-locate.
- Must have a valid Class 5 License with clean Driver's abstract.
- Experience working in a gravel crushing operation on heavy equipment. Minimum 5 years crushing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Must have 3 years experience running loader.
- Heavy Equipment operation considered an asset (excavator, rock truck, etc).
- Welding experience is considered an asset.
- First Aid, CSTS 2020, and Fall Protection training is an asset, but not mandatory.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
