**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin and English) Front Desk/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the clinic’s administrative needs. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and appointment scheduling.
- Match new clients with the best-fit counselor based on their needs and preferences, and successfully book appointments.
- Handle inquiries from counsellors regarding scheduling, client details, and other administrative matters.
- Manage client records and appointment bookings using JaneApp.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area are organized and welcoming.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Be flexible and adaptable, able to respond quickly to unexpected situations and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an asset, especially in a healthcare or counselling setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
