**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a kitchen team to excel in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and monthly features that reflect seasonal products and Latin culinary influence.
- Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the brewery team for food pairings and special events.
- Train and develop kitchen staff on culinary techniques and presentation, ensuring alignment with our menu's theme.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar leadership role in a reputable restaurant.
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated passion for mentoring and team development.
- Creative and skilled in menu development, particularly in integrating diverse culinary influences.
- Appreciation for and knowledge of craft beer, particularly how food and beer can be paired.
