**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Centre Operations**: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, financial oversight, and curriculum administration.
- **Customer Service**: Build strong relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide program updates.
- **Staff Leadership**: Hire, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive and professional centre environment.
- **Centre Growth**: Handle assessments, enrollments, and parent conferences while meeting growth goals.
- **Program Management**: Monitor student progress, create goal-based programs, and ensure a positive learning experience for all.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education.
- Background in education and/or sales with a strong focus on customer service.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, and online scheduling systems.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability and accountability.
- Passion for working with students of all ages.
- Professional, energetic, and flexible demeanor.

**Hours**:
- Monday - Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
