Role Overview

We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented **Professional Cleaner (Subcontractor)** to join our team with part time hours. As an independent subcontractor, you will provide high-quality cleaning services in a commercial setting.

Common Responsibilities
- **Floor Maintenance**: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish hard and carpeted floors.
- **Window & Surface Cleaning**: Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, chairs, windowsills, windows, baseboards and cabinets.
- **Restroom Care**: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, and ensure overall cleanliness.
- **Trash & Waste Management**: Empty wastebaskets and recycling bins, and dispose of trash according to guidelines.
- **Sanitization**: Disinfect frequently touched areas and surfaces to prevent germ spread.
- **General Tidiness**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, such as lunch room and meeting room.

- **Reliability**: Dependably completing tasks and following cleaning schedules. After business hours availability required.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and lifting.
- **Adherence to Safety**: Following safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
- **Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively with staff to address needs and report issues.

**Job Type**: Permanent
