**You as a Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will lead initiatives and develop HSE programs and tools along with the team and support and assist the team in a number of areas including but not limited to;**
- Maintaining the company wide HSE training matrix and records.
- Assigning and communicating new, expiring, and overdue training requirements to employees and provide status updates and reports.
- Collaborating with the HSE team to analyze, monitor and support the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives.
- Follow-up and trending related to HSE processes and compliance metrics.
- Providing guidance and information for continuous improvement on programs and KPI’s
- Updating and adding new content for HSE documents, forms, etc.
- Supporting policy and program development.
- Maintaining 3rd party monitoring systems.
- Developing HSE alerts, and other communications

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have an educational background in health and safety, with 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role
- You have experience in corporate office position
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a major emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- You are a health and safety generalist who has a curiosity to learn and actively contribute
- You are organized and have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office
