First Onsite is seeking an Bilingual HR Coordinator (French/English) to join our team and support various HR administrative functions. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR COORDINATOR
As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting First Onsite by handling clerical and administrative duties across different HR functional areas. Responsibilities include processing the employee life cycle including hires, transfers, and terminations, coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting audits, managing document storage, and providing support to managers and directors with system updates and inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience using HR systems like Applicant Pro and ADP (preferred).
- Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to work in a professional team environment
- Previous emergency response or construction industry experience (strong asset)
