**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate from a formal training program in Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physiotherapy Assistant at a Ministry of Education approved community college.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with functionally challenged patients preferred
- Demonstrates good communication, accountability, organization and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Adaptable to handling changing workloads
- Demonstrates commitment towards learning new skills
- Demonstrates ability to function as a team member
- Good attendance record
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the job
