The world’s largest personal training company is looking for an administrative rockstar to join our incredible team of professional training coaches and health service providers.
**The Opportunity**:
You will be responsible for creating a 5-star customer service experience for our clientele through effective management of their schedules, invoicing, communication of initiatives and operational support.
This posting is for a position at our **TELUS Garden **location.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Directing calls and responding to inquiries for clients and prospects
- Managing all scheduling requests and concerns
- Ensuring invoicing accuracy and timely collections
- Weekly reporting of KPI's to the Studio Manager
- Managing the organization of the training studio’s inventory and amenities
- Assisting with social media and administrative tasks as directed by the Corporate Management team
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Has a positive outlook and a No Excuse attitude
- Has an engaging, outgoing and confident personality
- Strong communication skills (body language, vocal tone, and written and verbal)
- Leads by example, and always acts as a team player
- Strong sense of personal accountability and an openness to full-circle feedback
- Values giving back to the community and helping others
- Demonstrates impeccable time management skills
- Detail-oriented worker who takes pride in accuracy
- Adept at multitasking and has exceptional written communication skills
**The Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service related experience;
- Minimum of two-years of general office experience;
- Can effectively work individually and in a team environment;
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong organizational and administrative/clerical skills;
- A familiarity with Google Suite and Excel
- A familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Hootsuite, YouTube etc.);
- Ability to understand and follow directions with mínimal supervision or follow-up.
