- A Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work
- Preferably can offer services both in-person and online
- Demonstrate excellent professional boundaries and ethical compliance with professional codes of conduct
- Pursue ongoing professional development and supervision as necessary
- Demonstrate compassion, warmth, authenticity, integrity, drive and work ethic, thriving in both team and individual work environments
- Motivated to grow and maintain a practice
- Be able to schedule counselling sessions, invoice, and collect client payments for counselling sessions along with any related clerical duties
- Complete client session notes and additional reports in timely manner
- Be willing to maintain cleanliness of the office workspace during use, to ensure a tidy and professional appearance
