About us: Short and Suite/Flex Property Developments is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in Air BNB, short-term rentals, and long-term rentals. We have recently started a sister company called Flex Property Developments that focused on long term stays

We currently have an opportunity for a client success coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who would like to join a rapidly growing property management company which can offer supreme opportunities for career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verifying charges, posting charges, entering data, and inputting receipts into quickbooks.
- Paying vendors and recording payments.
- Acting as first point of contact on client invoices
- Completing client requests, (i.e. availability changes)
- Building and maintaining long and short term listings
- Scheduling supply and material orders
- Keeping the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
- Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
- Creating change orders, first contact for larger contracts
- Scheduling person events and needs
- Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON K1R 5N8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
