Field Service Scheduler for Fire Sprinklers

Abbotsford, Canada Elite Sprinkler Systems Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule service appointments for fire sprinkler inspections, maintenance, and repairs based on customer requests and technician availability.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment times and provide necessary information about service visits.
- Communicate with technicians to assign work orders, provide job details, and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, including customer information, appointment details, and technician assignments.
- Monitor technician progress and address any scheduling conflicts or delays as they arise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve scheduling-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the service department.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service roles, preferably in the fire protection or related industry.
- Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and related equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
