Builder Relations Representative

The Builder Administrator will report to the builder relations manager. The position is responsible for assisting with all builder relation duties

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Act as an internal liaison between customers & TA
- Act as an liaison between suppliers & customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with customer issues
- Monitored/Approve compensation requests through the required paperwork
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed while dealing with Builders/Developers
- Solve/Communicate escalations as the issues warrant
- Review all information provided (including invoices) to ensure all information is correct
- Ensure all issues are communicated to the appropriate departments, suppliers and service companies
- Dispatch and organize day to day deliveries with TA warehouse, delivery crews and site
- Ensure daily transfer request are completed for deliveries
- Coordinate all day to day builder installs with install companies
- Manage installers with our in house app
- Resolve all delivery & install issues through proper channels
- Inputting information on invoices for deliveries & installs
- Confirm delivery calls and payments

Strong customer service focus
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and decision making abilities
- Attention to detail
- Well spoken
- Able to maintain composure
- Proven Customer Relation Experience
