We’re currently looking for an energetic, experienced, and friendly full time Receptionist. Serious applicant's only, with at two years experience in a similar role.
This position involves administrative duties such as but not limited to; managing consumers accounts, greeting visitors, telephone messages and calls in a professional and efficient manner. The Receptionist also performs clerical duties to support the operation of daily business. As a vital member of our dealership, you must be responsible for assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner; must represent the first impression of an organization to customers and the public.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- A minimum of two years experience as an Administrative/Receptionist role providing support in a similar organization
- Must obtain a G or G2 license with a clean driver's abstract
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, setting up, tracking data, and manipulating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, preparing and editing presentations in Microsoft Power Point
- Attention to detail with strong editing and reading skills
- Experience working in and providing support within a professional environment
- Organized, punctual and a positive people person
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask
- Takes pride in the efficient functioning of a team
- Ability to problem solve typical office environment issues
- Familiar with social media and able to navigate through online advertisements
- Looking for a long term position
**Salary**: Up to $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
