Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new employees
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
