Community Manager

Reception & administrative tasks including greeting members & guests in a polite and respectful manner, answering phones, data entry, scheduling room bookings, handling payments, creating & updating member documentation, liaising with service providers to ensure all hardware & software are working, creation & presentation of sales & analytics reports as requested, engaging in timely written and oral correspondence, following up on enquiries, touring prospective clients, etc.
- Learning all the technological elements of setting up conference & meeting rooms, the Media Room, business center and guiding members through how to use them
- Coordination and set up of planned events and meetings
- Light bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, following up & collecting payments, etc.
- Creating content at least 3 times per week for at least 3 social media platforms
- Superior customer service & problem solving
- Regular cleaning & sanitizing duties
- Answering phones & managing client/member requests, concerns, or emergencies in a timely manner
- In the case of any after hours client bookings, some overtime may be required on an irregular basis
- Other miscellaneous facility duties, as required
**Qualifications**:
- Possess an entrepreneurial flair that will thrive in a proactive, client-focused, performance oriented and positive environment
- Proven success as a top performer with marketing, prospecting and selling skills with appropriate experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- The leadership skills required to motivate part-time associates while working independently
- Proven customer service, time management, event management and organizational skills with an interest in streamlining the processes of the space
- Quick problem solver and highly self-motivated, able to work on-site alone or with team members
**Salary**: $39,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- office management: 1 year (preferred)
