**What we seek**:
OCHC is currently seeking a responsible Tenancy Administration Student to assist our Tenant Experience Team to improve tenant engagement and community development. Under the guidance of the Manager of Tenancy Administration, the Tenancy Administration Student will support the mandate of delivering responsive and quality maintenance, tenancy, and safety services by providing general administrative services to the team.

**Tenancy Administration Student with OCHC**:
Making sure our tenants are living in a safe and comfortable environment is one of the main priorities of our organization. As the Tenancy Administration Student, with your skills and keen eyes for detail, **you will play a key role** in ensuring our team can create such environments for our tenants and you will help to bring our objective to reality.

**As the Tenancy Administration Student, some of the things you do will include**:

- Maintain digital files (scanning, uploading, and editing tenant files)
- Process mails (hard and soft copies)
- Assist with sending out letters to tenants regarding their tenancy
- Assist with office requests (providing forms and receipts, programming fobs and keys, etc.)
- Provide support for our office supply inventory and maintenance
- Provide general support to the Tenant Services team

**What you bring**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Completed a minimum of one (1) year of an undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Previous experience in an office environment is an asset
- Experience working in a community setting

**Skills and abilities**:

- Excellent **research, analytical, and problem-solving skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and **communication skills**:

- Ability to **work well independently** and to **complete tasks in a timely manner**:

- Knowledge of **Excel, PowerPoint, **and **Word**:

- Fluency in English is essential
- Fluency in French is an asset

**Other requirements**:

- Must be a current post secondary student
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must be between 15-30 years of age
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check

**Work conditions**:
This is an on-site, full-time** **position. (35 hours per week)
