**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, grills, and toasters.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
