Service Writer

Fleetworx has an opening for a full time Service Advisor. Duties would include, but are not limited to, customer service including communicating with our customers and providing details to the types of service completed and the cost incurred, writing service orders, and finalizing to invoice. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision, must be organized, have attention to detail and able to multi-task. Experience in the trucking industry is an asset.
Pay will depend on experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently schedule service appointments
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for service repairs
- Communicate estimates to customers and obtain their approval before proceeding with any work
- Write service orders and finalize to invoice
- Keep technicians informed of any changes or additional work required
- Regularly update customers on the status of their trailers, including any delays or additional work needed
- Provide clear explanations of the work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance
- Address customer inquiries promptly
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all service transactions, including customer information and services performed

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
