As a member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Manager, Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness, the Attendance Support and Wellness Coordinator will work in a team setting and collaborate with unions, Principal/Vice
- Principals and managers to support employees during medical absences or to address attendance concerns. The

- Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Disability Case Management, Human Resources or related field
- Three years’ experience in managing Work Disability Prevention, stay at work and return to work best programs
- Two years current related work experience in a large unionized environment.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, collective agreements, human rights legislation, and information and privacy legislation
- Experience using a HR information systems (HRIS); familiarity with Atrieve an asset
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- Experience working in the K-12 education or public sector is an asset
- Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and transportation to be present at all District location
