Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Title**:Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - ERP (Supply Chain, Procurement, WMS)**

Location: Toronto / Brampton

Hybrid: 2/3 days a week operation from office

Experience: 8+ years

The Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for leading ERP-related solutions and enhancements within the supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management systems (WMS) in Oracle Cloud. This role will work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, contribute to project solutions, and ensure alignment across technology teams. The Lead BSA will play a critical role in managing change requests, supporting project managers, and coordinating efforts between business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and enhancement of ERP solutions related to supply chain, procurement, and WMS in Oracle Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and document requirements.
- Accountable for IT artifacts, ensuring completeness, content quality, and timely delivery.
- Drive and contribute to project solutions, including leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and documenting Technical Solution Documents (TSD) and High-Level Designs (HLD).
- Align and coordinate multiple technology teams for the delivery of IT solutions.
- Support the Solution Architect (SA) in defining solution approaches in collaboration with technology stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance and gating artifacts.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture and procurement teams to define vendor expectations.
- Support testing activities, including test plan/case consultation, and manage defect triage with appropriate teams.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to challenge design and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Liaise with other Technology Solution Delivery teams, including Network and Infrastructure teams, to ensure smooth project delivery and support for business needs.
- Coordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and conflicts, escalating to the executive level when necessary.
- Promote quality, innovation, and timely communication of issues and opportunities. Coach team members on delivery, issue management, and risk management.
- **Qualifications**:_

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience/training deemed sufficient by management).

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience in designing business processes and system solutions.
- Strong experience in developing and executing test plans.
- Ability to create project plans and effectively coordinate activities across teams.
- Proven track record of managing change requests and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Pay: $34.19-$55.72 per hour
