**Objectives of this role**
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
- Provide guidance and ongoing training for all team members

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
- Coach, lead, and developed the restaurant team.
- Provide education and training to new hires and current employees
- develop onboarding.
- Day to day assistance with restaurant service.
- Day to day supervision of events managing Host team, banquets, catering team.
- Assist GM with labor forecasting and scheduling events and grillroom staff.
- Manage shifts, which include daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning.
- Assist General Manager with reviewing closing duties for each department to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure guest and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

- Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
- Confident with restaurant technology (POS/CRM/digital/online reservation systems)
- Coached, lead, and developed the restaurant team.
- Drive continuous improvement.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations
- Working knowledge of human-resources processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
