**Job Description** Mission**

CIMA+ is a major player in occupational health and safety management on construction projects of all sizes and in all sectors of activity. CIMA+ is seeking an OHS professional to join its OHS management team. Working under the Director, Occupational Health and Safety Management/Contractors, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and coordinating OHS projects with a view to ensuring proper execution.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Train, support, supervise and coordinate the work of on-site prevention officers and ensure uniformity in their interventions
- Monitor the budget
- Issue comments on contractors’ work methods, as required
- Enhance the framework of contractors’ prevention programs
- Conduct safety audits, as required
- Take part in the development of the department
- Take part in the design of management systems
- Exercise Due Diligence (C-21)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or another relevant field with an OHS Management component
- 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety management on construction sites
- Familiarity with and understanding of applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations
- Experience working on large-scale construction sites
- Consensus building and consultation approach with clients
- Experience or interest in contributing to business development
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or other certification (CRSP, CSSE, etc.) is an asset
