As an Investment Solutions Analyst, you will produce analyses, reports and presentations highlighting the use of investment solutions for Wealth Management Advisors to support the growth and development of solutions offered at NBFWM

Your role
- Support NBFWM's entire turnkey investment product offering
- Ensure database updates as well as financial information software such as Morning star Direct for monitoring portfolio performance
- Produce financial communication material supporting the use of investment solutions
- Carry out various analyses and evaluations in order to provide relevant information for decision-making
- Participate in projects to improve, develop and simplify working procedures
- Analyst support for tools serving investment solutions and platforms (KYP, MAP Portfolio Management, presentation tool)
- Technical support for investment platforms (Croesus+)

Reporting to the Director - Investment Solutions, you will be part of a team of investment and wealth management experts supporting nearly 1000 Advisors across Canada. You will be part of the Wealth Management Strategy team, the transversal team serving these Advisors.

Competencies required
- Bachelor's degree in administration, finance option or related to the sector of activity
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities field
- Good knowledge of investment products
- Able to develop collaborative and constructive working relationships with colleagues and Wealth Management Advisors
- Very good knowledge of collaboration tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Initiative, versatility and oral and written communication skills

Preferred competencies
- Knowledge of financial data provider software such as Morningstar, Bloomberg, an asset
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) or other similar title, an asset
- French/English bilingualism necessary, as you will regularly deal with partners located across Canada
