The successful applicant must
**- MUST Have a valid drivers license and reliable mode of transportation**:

- Be honest, reliable and take pride in work.
- Have good communication skills and be able to take direction well
- Be able to perform duties with mínimal supervision
- Have a basic knowledge of how to use common tools
- Work well with a team or independently.
- Demonstrate safety awareness
- Have a cell phone
