Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP is a leading Western Canadian OEM distributor of commercial turf maintenance and other equipment including Toro, Yamaha, Pisten Bully, BOSS Plow, etc.

Our business is seeking an organized and reliable Yard & Loading Attendant to join our team at our Calgary, Alberta head office location.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining the exterior appearance of the facility and grounds
- Cleaning ground-level interior windows
- Lawn care (mowing, edging, weed removal)
- Snow removal from walkways and access areas
- Keeping the yard and grounds clean and organized
- Loading and unloading transport trucks (e.g., golf cars, turf equipment, snowcats, crates)
- Unloading customer equipment
- Pickup and delivery of goods (as required)
- Staging equipment for service work
- Maintaining and using the indoor and outdoor wash bays
- Washing equipment, including golf cars, turf equipment, and snowcats
- Performing other yard and loading-related duties as assigned by management
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract (use of company vehicle may be required)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
- A commitment to working safely, including wearing PPE (e.g., gloves, steel-toed boots, reflective vest)
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and with customers
- Initiative and a results-driven attitude
- Forklift experience a must
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, bending, and twisting as the role requires considerable physical activity
