Maintenance Technician

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and repair irregularities or malfunctions in equipment.
- Replace defective machinery parts as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, and compressors.
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment safely.
- Use power tools, tool grinders, and forklifts as required.
Qualifications:
- ** Education**: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- ** Experience**: 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance or mechanical technician roles.
- Equipment and machinery expertise, including conveyors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, pumps, compressors, and power tools.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and under physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong oral communication skills and a proven team player.
Physical Requirements:
- Handling heavy loads.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
