**About Us**

BC Sprayed Insulation Ltd. is a locally owned and operated insulation contractor providing spray foam and insulation solutions across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, safety, and delivering energy-efficient solutions that add long-term value to our clients’ projects.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Victoria region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, team management skills, and a drive to grow our presence in the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, supervise, and support field crews and office staff in the Victoria area.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, project execution, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional sales growth.
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for the area.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report directly to company leadership with updates on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in construction, trades, or a related industry (insulation experience an asset).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce company safety policies.
- Business development experience is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally as required.
