We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an **Entry-Level Food & Beverage Supervisor**.

**About the Role**
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with hospitality experience looking to step into a leadership role. You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our clubhouse restaurant, kiosk, beverage carts and during special events.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee front-of-house operations and support food & beverage team
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and food presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are followed
- Help coordinate banquets, tournaments, and member events
- Handle guest concerns and provide quick, professional solutions

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in hospitality or food service (server, bartender, etc.)
- Friendly, approachable, and ready to lead by example
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Serving It Right or equivalent certification
- Interest in golf or recreational hospitality is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
