**Job Overview**:
**### **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates.**
**- Repair dents, scratches, and collision damage using body fillers, grinders, and other tools.**
**- Replace or repair damaged body parts (e.g., fenders, doors, bumpers).**
**- Remove and install windows, trim, and interior components as needed.**
**- Weld, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces before refinishing.**
**- Operate frame straightening and alignment equipment.**
**- Mix and match paint colors for seamless touch-ups.**
**- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.**
**- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.**
**- Follow safety protocols when handling tools and chemicals.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Auto body repair.**
**- Knowledge of collision repair techniques and materials.**
**- Proficiency with tools (e.g., hydraulic jacks, welding equipment, spray guns).**
**- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and work orders.**
**- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.**
**- Physical stamina to lift heavy parts and work in various positions.**
**- Certification from a vocational school or apprenticeship (preferred but not required).**
**- Valid driver’s license (may be required for test drives).**

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- I-CAR or ASE certification.**
**- Experience with aluminum and composite repairs.**
**- Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell).**
