Guelph, Canada Sarmazian Bros. Flooring (Guelph & Cambridge) Full time

**Note we are hiring for an Installation Scheduler for both our Guelph and Cambridge locations: 575 Woodlawn Road West, Guelph & 471 Hespeler Road, Cambridge**

Sarmazian Brothers Flooring is seeking a Flooring Installation Schedulling Coordinator responsible for daily managing and coordinating all the flooring installation projects at the Sarmazian Brothers Flooring Guelph & Cambridge locations (2 positions available). This position also involve real-time communication with customers, homeowners, and builders as well as hands-on communication with sub-contractors that includes working through challenges on the job sites.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the daily load of subcontractor assignments and job performance obligations
- Develop strong working relationships with installers and builder site supervisors
- Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after the installation as necessary
- Work with customers to accommodate their orders and schedule
- Coordinate information and problem solve with sales representatives and service department

**Qualifications**:

- Capable computer skills, IT literacy
- Proficient in the fundamentals of carpet and flooring installations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain team cohesion and subcontractor rapport

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)

- scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
