**Your Role**:
The Key Account Manager, Oncology will be responsible to achieve or exceed sales targets according to the strategy and parameters. You will develop, implement, and update the business plans of action, including sales and communications objectives aligned to EMD product strategy.

You will work collaboratively with Marketing and Medical to maximize the appropriate use and benefit of products in the Canadian market and develop a customer centric, multi channeled plan for key customers. You will cultivate and manage relationships with Canadian Key Opinion Leaders and engage with academic and community oncologists, urologists and cancer centre multi-disciplinary team members to meet local patient needs.

You will also use appropriate sales techniques and processes, depending on market and strategy, and accurately differentiate and demonstrate product benefit/risk profile using an evidenced based approach.

**Who you are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree(s) in an appropriate field
- Specialty Pharmaceutical sales experience
- 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Oncology product selling experience.
- English is required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in GU oncology is an asset
- Interact with oncology customers in a highly scientific manner and have proven track record to work effectively both independently and participate in a dynamic co-promote team environment, as well as with medical opinion leaders, multidisciplinary teams and cancer care networks.
- Excellent consultative-selling skills along with excellent communication, organization and networking skills.
- Home office set up and have a willingness to travel.

**Votre rôle**:
Le gestionnaire de compte clé en oncologie sera responsable d'atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente conformément à la stratégie et aux mesures. Vous élaborerez, mettrez en œuvre et mettrez à jour les plans d'action commerciaux, y compris les objectifs de vente et de communication alignés sur la stratégie des produits d'EMD.

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les services marketing et médical afin de maximiser l'utilisation appropriée et les avantages des produits sur le marché canadien et de développer un plan multicanal centré sur le client pour les clients clés. Vous entretenez et gérez les relations avec les principaux leaders d'opinion canadiens et vous vous engagez auprès des oncologues universitaires et communautaires, des urologues et des membres de l'équipe multidisciplinaire des centres de cancérologie afin de répondre aux besoins des patients locaux.

Vous utiliserez également les techniques et processus de vente appropriés, en fonction du marché et de la stratégie, et vous différencierez et démontrerez avec précision le profil avantages/risques du produit en utilisant une approche fondée sur des données probantes.

**Qualifications mínimales**:

- Diplôme(s) universitaire(s) dans un domaine approprié
- Expérience dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques spécialisés
- 5 ans et plus dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Expérience de la vente de produits oncologiques.
- l'anglais est requis

**Qualifications préférées**:

- Expérience en oncologie GU est un atout
- Interagir avec les clients du secteur de l'oncologie d'une manière hautement scientifique et avoir prouvé sa capacité à travailler efficacement de manière indépendante et à participer à un environnement d'équipe dynamique de co-promotion, ainsi qu'avec des leaders d'opinion médicale, des équipes multidisciplinaires et des réseaux de soins en cancérologie.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de vente consultative, de communication, d'organisation et de mise en réseau.
