**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Cooking and preparing food materials
- Replenishing stock, checking and making inventory list
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and the food storage area according to the Alberta Health & Safety regulation
- Working closely with party department to provide party customers and group customers with the best service and quality foods.
- Maintain cleanliness of cafeteria table top, chairs, floor area
- Stock merchandize in cooler and dry shelves
- Prepare and serve coffees and specialty coffees
- Support other staff members as needed

**Qualifications**
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work in the morning / evening shift
- Experienced in working with commercial convection oven
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skill
- Must be a team player who works proactively towards meeting goals
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays / evenings / holidays

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
