Qualifications:

- Hold Montessori certifications to fulfil the requirements of a position with MCHA or has 5 years of Montessori experience and willing to enroll in a Montessori diploma course within three months of starting.
- _**Early Childhood Educator certification in Alberta**_
- _**Must hold a level 3**_
- **Must have 3 years of leadership experience**:

- Current First Aid certification
- Current and valid Criminal Record Check
- Must be willing to work an 8-hour rotating shift. Shifts will change every Monday
- Flexibility to attend after-hour functions such as team meetings, parent nights etc.
- Ability to work with and support the Montessorians and Guides
- Strong planning skills
- Motivated
- Self-initiating
- Ability to follow the child
- Material Making
- Looking for a career
- Able to invest their time, energy and Montessori knowledge into the team, and first and foremost the children.
- Working in a Montessori is more than an 8 to 5 job it is a career to be proud of.
- Able to work an 8-hour rotating shift between 7am and 6pm, schedule rotations are every week. We do not offer any permanent shifts.

Salary**:$3600.00 /month plus the government top-up wage based on your Alberta certification.**
