Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service data entry representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service data entry representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:

- Accurately log service requests (extra lifts, bulk items, recycling pickups) in TRUX.

- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it in TRUX.

- Enter and maintain records for Customer agreements, service modifications (increases, decreases) in TRUX.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks to meet deadlines.

- Input details for special load requests (e.g., cleanups, waste audits, food waste destruction) and coordinate container arrangements in TRUX.

- Update container-related issues (locks, lids, chains, repairs, exchanges) in TRUX and forward to repair shop.

- Enter payment information, update customer account details, and research billing inquiries in TRUX.

- Maintain accurate records for inter-district service coordination and special service setups.

**What We Need From You**:

- 2 years of accurate high-volume Data Entry experience

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
