**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Kortright which includes but is not limited to photocopying, scheduling meetings, agenda and minute documentation, memo/documentation creation, committee support, presentation and report development and maintaining an effective filing system.
- Process invoices, cheque requisitions, distribution, and collection of payments, complete daily sales reports and deposits and maintain program budgets and financial records.
- Collect and track data, research information, sort and distribute mail, process expense claims, schedule and organize meetings, and perform other administrative assignments as required.
- Provide agreement and procurement support to teams.
- Orders and maintains supplies, office equipment, publications, marketing materials, safety supplies etc. for their designated team/division.
- Greets visitors and provides excellent customer service and front desk reception, answering client inquiries, providing park and program information on a general basis.
- Manages various participant lists, registration processes, participant statistics and forms and other duties as assigned.

**What will you need to succeed**:

- Two (2) year College Certificate in office administration or combination of equivalent post-secondary education and experience.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and as a team member. Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and courteously with all levels of staff and public contacts in a client service environment.
- Strong computer literacy aptitude in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes, and the Internet.
