Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provides cleaning and maintenance services to commercial establishments and strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for an entry level building caretaker for our site in Burnaby.
- **Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8am-4pm)**

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
- Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
- Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Keep garbage room tidy
- Snow removal and salting during winter months
- Programming entry key fobs
- Communicating with trades personnel for them to know where to go

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Cleaning experience is preferable
- Organized and reliable
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Computer skills at a basic level
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner

**COMPENSATION**:$16-$18.50 per hour

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
