**Position**: Full-Time Dishwasher
**Location**: Vegan Street
**Schedule**:
Tuesday 4-10 pm / Thursday-Sunday 4-11 pm (sometimes until 12 am depending on your speed)

**We’re Looking For**:
A **RELIABLE, HARD-WORKING, and FAST-PACED** dishwasher who can keep up in a **HIGH-VOLUME** environment. This is **not** a slow or easy dish pit
- we move quickly, work as a team, and rely on our dishwasher to keep the kitchen running like clockwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, floors, and garbage bins
- Restock clean dishes and equipment where needed
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain organization so the line cooks are able to find the tools they need during a busy dinner service.

**Requirements**:

- Available Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday evenings
- Able to handle a **fast-paced, high-volume** workload without falling behind
- Strong cleanliness standards and attention to detail
- **Reliable and punctual** - we depend on you every shift
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset (but not required if you’ve got the right attitude and work ethic)
