We are pleased to offer a Full-time employment opportunity as an Internal Service Advisor in our Main shop at Carman Ford. We are confident that you will find this position both rewarding and challenging as you grow with us to be both an exceptional member of our team and support our customers.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Be a liaison between the Sales, Service and Detailing departments and ensure proper work flow through each area.
- Ensure internal customers are attended to in a timely fashion; clarify and set appropriate expectations and fulfill all commitments as promised
- Provide estimates / quotes as required
- Book appointments
- Manage daily workload in a timely fashion, ensure internal customers are provided the best customer experience.
- Maintain and efficient and organized filing system for vehicle documents and work orders
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
- Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit
- Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with an ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Availability to work on Saturdays
