Established, boutique civil and corporate litigation law firm located in downtown Toronto seeking Billing/Filing Clerk for a full-time position. We offer a highly productive and positive working atmosphere.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to
- Preparing clients’ invoices on a monthly basis
- Handling the firm’s accounts payable
- Preparing bank deposits
- Filing and scanning
- Some legal-secretarial work
- Other duties as assigned

Looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and professional. Knowledge of MS Word and PC Law is a requirement.
