Speaking of fresh, we’re looking for a fresh new social superstar to join our incredible Canadian team as a Social Media Content Consultant If you keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, live and breathe communications and have a talent for producing and managing ground-breaking content, this is the job for you.
Position at a glance:
As the Social Media Content Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Subway® Canada TikTok and LinkedIn social media strategy from the ground up As part of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging trend-worthy Subway brand content and strategically run and grow the TikTok account to help increase our online presence and support marketing and sales efforts. You will also work with the Director of PR, Social and Sponsorship to build and sustain the Subway® Canada LinkedIn page.
What will I be doing?
- Strategically channel plan for Subway® Canada’s English and French TikTok accounts while launching a Subway Canada LinkedIn page.
- Set social KPIs with senior stakeholders, and develop strategy, tactics and content plan. Monitor and build content against targets and provide weekly reporting and recommendations while diving into results to provide continual insights.
- Create reactive/trendy and best-in-class Subway® video and photography content that reflects our brand voice and social objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal team and agency partners to align on macro content plan and help to fill content gaps.
- Laisse with agency partners to ensure content being developed can be leveraged across platforms with successful metrics.
- Own both TikTok and LinkedIn while monitoring and engaging with our audiences to grow both channels.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to help with ad-hoc training content requests.
- Miscellaneous social and content support/management.
What do I need?
- Professional video and photography skills, a diploma from an accredited institute is a must.
- At least 3 years in a role involving social media curation and management.
- Access to a car and valid driver's license. Milage covered for off-site content shoots.
- Previous content captures and/or portfolio to showcase work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
